General

1. Do you work with clients with no gym experience?

Absolutely. Many of our clients start as complete beginners — we're there to guide you step-by-step. Whether you're an advanced gym goer or complete newbie, we're geared to provide you with top-tier results on your fitness journey.

2. Do you help with weight loss, muscle gain, or general fitness?

Yes. Whatever your goal, we build a personalised plan to get you there safely and effectively. Want to train for a particular event or improve your athletic performance? We'll tailor our support around you.

3. How long are the personal training sessions?

Typically our appointments range from 45 to 60 minutes, however we can makes sessions longer or shorter to suit your needs. Conditions apply

4. Do you offer nutrition support?

Yes we do. Talk to our friendly trainers if you have questions regarding your diet and nutrition. Our Fitt App also has a wide variety of resources from nutrition tips, recipes and much more. Memberships and Pricing

1. How do your memberships work?

We offer weekly or fortnightly direct debit options with no sign-up fees and no lock-in contracts. You’re free to cancel at any time. We’re confident in the quality of our coaching and experience — and we believe once you join Project Fitt, you’ll see why our members choose to stay.

2. Do you offer casual visits?

Yes, we offer casual visits for $15.
This includes access to the studio with active supervision from one of our floor trainers. There’s always a qualified trainer available to assist, answer questions, and help ensure you train safely and confidently.

3. Does all your membership plans include access to the Fitt App?

Yes — all active members receive full access to the Fitt App.
You’ll have direct communication with your personal trainer, your personalised training program, and access to our health and exercise resource library, all in one easy-to-use platform.

4. What payment options are available?

Weekly direct debit is most common, but we can discuss what works best for you.

Gym Access and Coaching

1. Can I get a membership that is gym access only without the personal training?

We’re built around high-quality personal training and ongoing support.
That said, if you prefer a more independent approach, we’re happy to tailor your membership to suit your needs. Simply reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll talk through the best option for you.

2. Personal Training didn't work for me in the past - why is Project Fitt different?

3. What is the different between your Fitness Coaches compared to those at other gyms?

At Project Fitt, we work with highly experienced trainers who genuinely care about your progress. Every trainer holds a Certificate IV in Fitness, brings years of hands-on industry experience, and is deeply committed to helping members achieve real, lasting results. From your first session, you’ll feel the difference expert coaching makes.

4. What kind of support can I expect between sessions?

At Project Fitt, support goes well beyond your training sessions. You can message your trainer anytime through the app, with responses within 24 hours. Whether you need guidance, motivation, or a quick check-in, your coach stays connected through in-app messages, regular phone check-ins, and in-studio support. You’ll never feel left on your own — we’re invested in your journey every step of the way.
